Hole in the wall!!! $13 for a dozen donuts - so worth it! They're also open to super late in the morning so if you need a late night munchie then this is am option. There's a bunch of donuts to choose from. The donuts were so yummy and very fluffy. Left impressed with the quality of the donuts. Loved it!

All Star is my go-to donut shop in my hood....
HOLD UP. WAIT A MINUTE.
Are these guys really open 24 hours? That's insane. I should definitely pick up a cruller at 3 am and see how it is. Quality control and all.
Anyway, yeah. I like this place a lot.
I'd say their blueberry cake donuts are the best I've ever had. And since when was blueberry cake an actual donut? I don't remember them in the 90s. I think it's just leftover blueberry muffin batter. Still amazing. -

My favorite donut shop in SF!! Just high quality old-school classic donuts. And they're open 24 hours so if you work late or wanna late night treat they're there for you!! I used to come by after djing at abbey tavern a few blocks away. It was glorious. From the old fashion, maple bar, twists, apple fritters and more..I've never been let down. Not once. Highly recommend!!

I was craving something sweet so I decided to Yelp the next best thing within the area that I was in after having a delicious dinner. All Star Donuts popped up so I read some of the reviews & viewed some of the photos and decided to check the place out.
When I arrived, I waited all of 2 minutes before staff asked me what I would like. Initially, I was there for the the Maple Bacon Donut, but my friend pointed out the Old Fashion Chocolate Donut. Who can go wrong with my all time favorite? I LOVE Old Fashion Chocolate donuts!!! So I strayed away from the Maple Bacon and went with my all time favorite instead. With that, I had ordered a Hazelnut coffee. Yum! As I sat to enjoy my donut in the bag that they place it in, I noticed that the chocolate was all over the bag so I ripped it open to devour the goodness. To my surprise, the donut was still freshly warm & delicious. Not dry at all like some other places I have tried in the past. The coffee that I had with the donut was a perfect blend to fulfill my sweet craving and end my evening.
I would have given this place 5 stars if I did not see the gnat flying around inside where all the donuts were displayed, but it's ok. I would still recommend this place. It's just 1 gnat so don't worry. It wasn't a gang of them. LOL Happy Donuts!
